Figure 8

I would like to introduce you to my new endeavour with my husband, Matt, and his sister, Hannah - songs:) We all love music and creating and so with Hannah staying with us for two weeks we thought it was time to begin a new adventure. Some of my posts might now include music, though I'm not sure how often they will be since we currently all don't live in the same country. We are new at this cover thing, but I hope you like our first one from Ellie Goulding's Figure 8.

Wow, this was absolutely wonderful! I've never heard the original, but I'm sure I'd prefer y'all's version to it. You are all wonderful musicians. I love the home video-esque shots dispersed throughout. And your dress is perfect! Very '60s :-)

This was very very good!

(I'm trying to remember where I first heard your blog. Do you comment at Making Magique?)

thank you so much Tracy! You did find me on Making Magique - I love Haleigh's blog. <3

Yes Making Magique is true to its name. I like yours too. It's sweet romantic but a little 'earthy'? (I hope the last one wasn't so offensively off the mark.) I'm looking forward to following it. (:

Ha :D Earthy is a good way to put it :D. Don't worry it's not offensive to me. I like really girly things, but sometimes I need a little balancing out. Thanks for your lovely comment - it's hard to get an outside perspective sometimes. <3
