I would like to show you my beautiful failure ♥. I've taken off my recipe on the previous post, because I just wasn't happy with the overall results. I didn't want to lose sleep over the fact that someone one day might actually try to make these and they weren't fully up to my own standard, which must be quite high because even though I have yet to eat one of Pierre Hermé's macarons, I do visit Ladureé and so after my several attempts at making moon macarons with lots of research I'm taking a break. This was my first endeavour into the realm of making this kind of cookie, which is doable, but takes experience and that's in the making for me. I hope you enjoy my pictures at least and one I envisioned for New Year's Eve or an after party for the upcoming Great Gatsby movie ♥.
