I didn't know that all the while I was living my life cutting out cookies and photographing them here there was a girl in East London who was making all sorts of breads in her kitchen. I definitely didn't expect that she would learn about me from a friend of a friend and give me a call one day to meet for tea. And I definitely definitely did not know that with her and a few other really delightful people we would be starting a bakery market stall in London. But we are and it's called Luminary Bakery!
So in honour of the eve of our bakery I have made this lemon rosemary tart with the man in the moon to celebrate. It is one of the things you will probably find on our table along with breads, brownies, biscuits...and I'm dreaming already of selling rose cupcakes for Valentine's day.

This is so exciting. Congratulations. I am also incredibly jealous. I would love to run my own tea room, perhaps one day. I hope your new business is a big success. I'm sure it will be.

This is so exciting, I am certain this project will be a big success! Again, if I could hop on a plane to London right now, I would, just to visit your bakery stall

Where can I find your lovely stall?
You can find us in Brick Lane in East London. We are shooting for having a stall in the near future, but are doing wholesale orders at the moment and supplying Kahaila Cafe with things like floral chocolate chip cookies, cheddar onion focaccias, and cinnamon swirls. Do you live in London?? :D
Congratulations on your new venture :) I hope it goes well.
I make bread for a living and I know it's hard at times and people can be super ungrateful because they don't realise you've already been up for like 8 hours to make their bread and they've just crawled out of bed. But it's really rewarding too and I wish you all the best of luck :)
